5. Case Studies: Do you have experience in real estate investing or wholesaling? Grab 3 Case Studies and 3-4 Testimonials from people you've helped through your business to provide "social proof" to potential sellers and increase your conversion rates.
6. Opportunity Values: Iron Closer is optimized to help record Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). One KPI is the value of your pipelines. Each pipeline stage can be assigned a different value based on your average conversion rate at each stage, OR you can assign the same value to all opportunity stages.
7. Seller 1st Appointment: Setting up the first appointment with a homeowner is a BIG conversion moment in the sales pipeline. You can make these appointments on site (in person), over the phone, or via Zoom. ONE of these methods is the "Default", so this page is a quick assignment of which location is the default.
8. User IDs: Workflows can be assigned dynamically by adding UserID's to Custom Values. This form makes it super simple and takes only a few clicks.
9. Inbound Calls: This form takes a few seconds and lets our team know which Iron Closer phone numbers trigger workflows.
